Electrician Findon

Licensed electricians for Findon, 5023 – smoke alarms, switchboard upgrades and power point installation. 24/7 emergency callouts.

Local Electricians for Findon Homes and Rentals

Findon is centred on Findon Road and Grange Road, home to the Findon Shopping Centre and the Titanium Security Arena on Crittenden Road. Much of the suburb was developed after the war, and today it's a mix of original homes, subdivided blocks with newer units, and plenty of rental properties.

With so many Findon homes being bought, sold and leased, a lot of our work here is about compliance and safety: smoke alarms, safety switches, switchboards and fixing the small electrical faults that come up at inspection time. We also help owners add power and lighting as they renovate.

Buying, Selling or Leasing in Findon? Check the Smoke Alarms First

Smoke alarm requirements in South Australia depend on when the home was built and whether it’s changing hands. When a home is sold, the new owner generally has a limited window to bring the alarms up to the required standard, and landlords must keep alarms working for tenants. We can check your Findon property, explain what applies, and install compliant alarms in one visit.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kane did a great job today fitting my 3 light bar pendant which was a bit fiddly. He was very methodical and neat. He spent time getting the 3 lights level and advising on the distance from the ceiling. I’m really pleased with the result. Kane cleared up any mess and was really helpful. Thanks
